1. Wellspring Spa

What an amazing experience in this serene place. No cell service. Just you, and nature. We stayed in the tree house for $99 a night at the time. We had our own personal bathroom we used a key to open with each use, which had PLENTY of running HOT water, which was such a lifesaver. We also had a small outdoor kitchen that had a small fridge and a little cupboard with silverware, cups, and bowls to use. This beautiful property has an outdoor wedding venue in the middle of the woods with a few cabins surrounding, as well two outdoor hot tubs to rent, I believe it was $10 per person per hour. You could also schedule a massage. Continue reading about my experience here.

2. Rainier National Park

In all of my experience goings to National Parks, this is hands down my favorite by far. So many great things to explore. There are countless trails, waterfalls, rushing streams and stunning views of Mt.Rainier from so many angles (depending how clear the day is). We didn’t necessarily have a plan, or set trails to go on, so we stopped by the information center to grab some recommendations and a map for keepsakes and direction. So many feels here in this park. It felt spiritual and soul freeing.

3. San Juan Islands –  Friday Harbour

4. Olympic National Park

Loop Falls was a sweet not too short/not too long of a hike. A small but peaceful waterfall.

5. Mount Saint Helens

We drove up to the main visitor center but unfortunately you had to pay just to go inside the building (so we had my dad go inside and snag a couple of maps) and went on our merry little way to explore.
